Critical Design Criteria - our application development team works with customers to identify the critical design criteria of the matrix, searching to find an optimum combination of material requirements and processing conditions. The core of the problem solving can be summarized as “A hand shake between process needs and matrix properties.”

Material Design & Selections - Starting with identification of the critical-to-performance parameters, our team can identify the correct matrix to use from our portfolio of materials. Using iterative feedback from our partners, we hone to achieve the optimal performance.

Prototyping – The flexibility of our production platform allows us to produce production quality in prototyping material.

Scale Up – The step from prototype to production is seamless. Validation support, IQ-OQ-PQ etc. is integrated from the start.
